The Lantern Festival is a celebration of the last day of the Chinese Lunar New Year. My China Studies professor (Professor Huang) brought the entire China Studies class (all international students) to a nearby restaurant for a feast. He used this opportunity to teach all the new students proper Chinese etiquette.
