China Moments (part 2)

3/30/2014

Good morning! Just thought I would bring you all on my walk to the subway. Snapped some more "china moments" for you. Some additional items to add to the list of things you cannot go five minutes without seeing when strolling down the street include:

-dogs dressed in absurd outfits

-outside slipper sales

-packaged dried meat and seafood (dried fish is very popular...but incredibly smelly)

-red lanterns hanging off buildings

-fruit stands

P.S. The first pic is of my friend Sheryl, JoJo and I getting manicures today at our favorite nail salon in the French Concession called "Perfect Nails"...they do a perfect job!

P.P.S. Shout out to Bitten Hesse- I am wearing the lovely blouse you sent me for my birthday in the nails picture. I absolutely love it! Thank you :)
