Bitter melon, cauliflower and peppers, and the world's boniest (filleting...no such thing in China) fish I have ever eaten.

That's a really nice looking canteen you have there. I love the design of the tables and chairs. I have a friend who wants this at home. He wants his place to look like a diner and now I understand why. It has a nostalgic feel. It reminds you of your high school crush. While we don't remember the boys and girls anymore, what never leaves is the memory of the feeling you once had while sitting on one of these fast food tables.
