I make working out a priority, rain or shine. I think it's an important part of my daily routine. It helps me balance stress and keeps me focused and centered. Some people refuse to work out if it just "looks like it may rain soon". No excuses! It's actually quite pleasant working out in the rain because it cools off a bit. One of my friends looked out his balcony yesterday during a torrential downpour (no lightening, just heavy rain) and told me he saw a "crazy person in the heavy rain with her yoga mat from afar doing squats on the track and took a photo." Well guess who that "crazy person" was?! Me. I asked him for the picture for the bloggie...the little black speck on the track is me and my yoga mat.
