Sometimes it's hard to avoid eating Chinese food. After all, I do live in China. Pictured below: super spicy Sichuan-style mapo tofu (Dad, you would absolutely love this dish) and dumplings filled with egg, scallion and cabbage. Keeping it vegetarian, as always!
