My Internet is being funky this weekend, so I'm going to keep my post short and sweet before I get kicked offline. This weekend was packed with adventures! My Bootcamp coach (Luke) is in a band in Shanghaii, so a bunch of my friends and I went to his concert at a popular music venue to check out his band. I felt like I was in Williamsburg! I also took the subway by myself for the first time and went to People's Square and the famous neon-lit Nanjing Lu with all the big brand stores. I just strolled down lots of side streets and did some people watching. Here are some snapshots from my weekend. The grungy China pictures are of my journey walking to the subway (it's about a 20 minute walk from my school- there are also buses but I'm not sure how to take them yet).
